CUSTOMIZED TRANSDUCER SOLUTIONS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS

IN-SITU

Self-Aligning Wand Transducers for Hard-To-Access Rotating Equipment Inspections. With a customizable range of 1-20MHz and anywhere from 0.1-0.5" diameters, In-Situ transducers are highly customizable. Offering both conventional shear-wave and PAUT types, In-Situ transducers can be customized for single-axis articulation, integral couplant delivery and CCTV options.

PHASED-ARRAY

Phased-array transducers are customizable as annular, daisy and circular. Our team of engineers can design contact and immersion phased-array transducers, as well as single and dual-element, either flat or curved.

O.D. TRANSDUCERS

For tube weld or braze joints.

DUAL MATRIX ARRAYS (2MHz)

With 2x16 elements per probe and detachable wedge.

SMALL-DIAMETER ID BORE PROBES

Shear-wave, L-wave, duals and tandem styles.

Sensor Networks uses industry-preferred design and simulation tools to create an optimized mechanical, electrical and ultrasonic model of the inspection task, including its scan plan.
Our in-house capabilities deliver rapid, turn-key prototyping of transducer and test solutions. Personal training, qualification and certification (TQ&C) processes are compliant with ASNT’s TC1A procedures (effective 1Q17). Level II- and III-certified technicians and engineers are ready to help you develop the tools, procedures and technician training for demanding UT applications.
